1. General Cancellation Policy
At Alpha Wings Tech Group, we strive to ensure absolute client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may submit a cancellation request. Please note the following general guidelines:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hr@alphabusi.com.
- Requests received later than 7 business days after the initial project agreement/payment will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
- Services that have already been fully delivered, deployed, or completed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Refund Policy by Service Type
A. Web & App Development Services
Web design and application development projects require extensive resources and time. Therefore, we have a structured milestone-based refund policy:
- If you cancel the project before the design/wireframing phase is approved, you are eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative and initial setup fees).
- Once the design is approved and development programming has commenced, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable.
- If a project is cancelled mid-way, you will be billed only for the work completed up to that point. Any excess advance payment will be refunded within 7-14 business days.
B. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
Digital marketing and SEO are ongoing services that involve third-party ad spends, resource allocation, and continuous labor. Therefore:
- Payments made for the current month's SEO/Marketing campaigns are strictly non-refundable.
- To cancel a monthly retainer service, clients must provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Ad spends directly paid to Google, Meta, or other platforms are non-refundable by us under any circumstances.
C. Cloud Hosting & Domain Services
Due to the nature of third-party vendors (AWS, Azure, Domain Registrars):
- Domain registrations and SSL certificates are non-refundable once purchased.
- Cloud hosting and server setup fees are non-refundable. Cancellations for hosting must be requested 15 days before the renewal date to avoid next month's charges.
3. Processing of Refunds
If your refund request is approved according to the policies above, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, bank account, or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the final refund amount.
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and domains until the dispute is resolved.
