All payments for services must be made as per the agreed-upon milestones or monthly retainer contracts. Services may be paused or suspended if invoices remain unpaid after the due date. For detailed information on cancellations, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Upon final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final delivered code, website, or marketing assets. However, Alpha Wings Tech Group retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.
Alpha Wings Tech Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or sales from marketing or SEO services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
